Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@celvora.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products

Due to cold-chain and quality-control requirements, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days of receipt at our facility.
