⸺ About Celvora
At Celvora, we are dedicated to producing high-quality research-grade peptides with exceptional purity and consistency — applying stringent quality control at every stage.
⸺ The Process
The process begins with the dissolution of peptides in WFI (Water for Injection) grade water — the highest purity standard available.
Mannitol and sucrose are added as excipients. Mannitol serves as a bulking agent while sucrose acts as a lyoprotectant.
The peptide solution is sprayed into a fine mist. Sodium ions are introduced and readily attach to the peptide molecules.
The solution is passed through a 0.22 µm PES filter membrane, removing any potential contaminants.
Once filtered, the solution is precisely dispensed into 3 mL vials, partially stoppered, and loaded into the freeze-dryer.
Freezing at -40°C stabilizes the peptide structure. Primary and secondary drying leave a stable, lyophilized peptide.
From preparation through to freeze-drying, every step is conducted under strict quality control — ensuring purity and consistency in every vial we ship.
